As a Product Manager at this studio in Bath, you will be managing clients regarding their products, and acting as a key point of communication for scheduling, progress, milestones and more.

This studio uses the latest VR technology to improve retail brands in a six-stage service aiming to improve their brand. This includes learning, researching, selling, planning – which have ultimately lead them to great success with some world-famous brand names.

Product Manager key responsibilities:

Take responsibility over client communication including in the following areas: user management, scheduling of meetings, milestones, asset building

Prepare platform data requirements

Load client assets into Asset Library

Support clients in software use

Manage client relationships

Essential requirements for this role in Bath:

Good understanding of software architecture

Strong understanding of SaaS platforms

Knowledge of retail-specific platforms for merchandising, retail data, planogramming, and other areas

Previous experience of successfully managing additional features as per client’s requests
