Producing Director in London
Have you been working in production for as long as you can remember and fancy something new with incredible project variation and big brand names?
As Producing Director you will take personal responsibility for the production team, their output and their growth. You’ll work with people from across the studio as well as external contractors to provide seamless, clear production processes that will have the team delivering beautiful games on time and on budget.
This studio has been going from strength and will bowl you over with the impressive list of games on their books. At a time when they are growing and creating at an incredible rate, this will be an exciting time to join!
Producing Director Responsibilities:
You will be running the production team and will oversee and be responsible for the work done
Oversee production projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
Divide work between projects and team members as required, taking into account current workloads and personal capabilities throughout
Support each person in the production team as needed
Work with contractors and freelancers to ensure the necessary work is completed
Communicate frequently with the Head of Studio as well as clients and team members to ensure strong relationships throughout your role
Identify new business opportunities and also work with other members of the studio to help them notice opportunities as they arise
Requirements for this role in London:
5 or more years of experience as a Producer within the games industry or similar creative environment
3 or more years of experience managing a team in a production setting
Strong portfolio of work showcasing your skills across video, print and a range of digital mediums
Previous experience building a team and growing your reports through mentoring and leadership
Extensive examples of your high level problem-solving skills within project management situations
Strong people management skills and able to effectively communicate with a range of people and personalities
