PR Manager in Cambridge
Are you experienced in PR management and looking for a new opportunity at an innovative games studio?
As a PR Manager at this studio in Cambridge, you’ll be responsible for the upkeep of the brand image, through PR campaigns, relationships with influencers and representing the studio at global events. Working alongside the publishing team, this is an exciting time to join the studio as they are experiencing a period of growth, so you will be working on the PR for both existing and future, unreleased games.
The studio creates unique and immersive gameplay of exceptionally high quality, using the best technology around and is home to some hugely famous and globally successful titles. PR Manager responsibilities:
Plan and create PR campaigns and events, working alongside stakeholders
Build relationships with global media outlets and influencers, ensuring a positive brand image is always portrayed
Write press releases, facts sheets and other PR materials
Develop strategies to increase engagement
Attend and represent the studio at global gaming events
Report to the Head of Brand Marketing
Key requirements for this role in Cambridge:
Experience in a PR role
Prior experience of working on console or PC games, either at a studio or PR agency
Understanding of the video games market
Existing relationships with international media outlets
Understanding of marketing methods
Willing to travel to attend industry events
