Lead Unity Developer in London

As a Lead Unity Developer at this studio in London, you will be taking on a leadership role to support and mentor the development team in order to facilitate the creation of high-quality software within deadlines. Lead Unity Developer responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership to the game development team
Help to deliver quality software within deadlines
Extend the game feature set by designing code architecture and debugging and optimising the system
Ensure the code base is clean and efficient
Assist in solving technical issues
Support the programming team with design reviews and mentoring
Participate in the game lifecycle with suggestions and feedback
Generate new game ideas during game jams
Essential requirements for this role in London
Experience of making games using C# in Unity
Have worked on three or more successful shipped games
Experience of delivering code for games and using source control
Experience of working in and leading teams
Experience with developing multiplayer systems
Strong academic background
Passionate about making and playing games in several genres
