Lead C++ Programmer in Brighton
Are you a talented C++ Programmer with a passion for AAA games? Would you like to join a studio with one of the best benefit packages around?
As a Lead C++ Programmer at this studio in Brighton you will be in charge of managing the programming team on their next massive project, as well as designing game systems and performing code reviews to ensure code is robust and of high quality. You will also take on responsibility for mentoring more junior members of the team to encourage their career development.

Lead C++ Programmer key responsibilities:
Develop and implement technical design specifications
Design and implement game systems and code
Test and refine gameplay features to ensure they are of the highest quality
Mentor the engineering team to facilitate their career development
Perform code reviews to ensure the quality and efficiency is optimal
Essential requirements for this role in Brighton:
Highly skilled in C++
Significant games industry experience
Strong knowledge of industry practices including asset pipelines, localisation teams and source control
Experience of working on two or more AAA games
Experience of working in Agile development as well as continuous integration
