We are currently working with a globally recognised brand to find an individual to manage all Workday Reporting, Security, Mobile & Compensation competencies.
You'll be responsible for supporting the management and configuration of all Workday compensation system enhancements incl. Workday upgrades, strategic changes, tactical changes etc
Skills & Responsibilities
Undergraduate degree or higher required
Experience of Workday covering reporting, compensation and security
Workday training on report writer, calculated fields, advanced compensation preferred
Understanding of other key Workday functional areas of HCM, Talent & Performance and Recruiting as relevant for reporting purposes
Experience of supporting a multi-country/global organisation
Strong analytical skills and proven ability to provide insights and recommendations on all aspects of HR Operations
Ability to connect data abilities to customer requirements and user-friendly design
Strong desire to innovate and problem solve
