DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION
In this position you will join our team for Diabetes Care Norway, Denmark and Iceland. We are dedicated to bring our message to the world, liberating people living a daily life with diabetes by providing Abbotts technologically leading glucose measuring sensor technology called Freestyle Libre. We need you to lead our transformation towards digitalization and consumer centricity. While the overall responsibility for defining the positioning strategy is coming from Global, you are specifically responsible for bringing Danish and Norwegian consumers together in a digital FreeStyle Libre community.
The key here is to provide content to the CRM system that is coming this autumn, to secure one voice, SoMe enhancement and digital brand love, and at the same time enhance the CRM-platform. We are looking for someone who can take 1:1 CRM to the next level by ensuring crowd sourcing, who can identify and segment our end users and take their pulse at any given time. At the same time we are looking for someone with advanced digital analytical skills and who is able to deliver results according to agreement.
We are looking to strengthen our customer journey; and need somebody who is able to understand, map and play into what makes our customers (people living with diabetes) feel engaged and make them active participants of the Abbott created community space.
We are undergoing a complete digital transformation both in our product offering and how we communicate with stakeholders. In this position, you will be key to shaping our digital positioning as you drive forward community campaigns and campaign analytics processes.
