CRM Marketing Director
We are looking for a CRM Marketing Director to develop and deliver the global CRM strategy for our Candy Crush franchise.The Candy Crush franchise is one of the largest mobile gaming franchises globally and two of the existing games have been within the top 10 apps on the US app store for over 20 quarters in a row. Players spend an average of 36 minutes per day in game and over a trillion rounds of the original game have been played! The newest game in this franchise is Candy Crush Friends Saga, which launched in October 2018.


Your role within our Kingdom
You will own and implement the CRM Marketing plan with the ambition to work on a long-term approach around audience targeting and world class campaigns.Working closely with the Product Marketing Director you will support feature releases and build unseen ways to interact with our players. You will understanding the different profiles in our network and create content strategies with real value, segmenting our audience to keep them engaged and enjoying our Candy Crush games.In more detail you will:

Build a strong relationship with Candy Crush game teams to conceptualise and implement new ways of interacting with our players, to provide the best in-game experience possible.

In collaboration with the Product Marketing Director, list all the new features/events created every month to build an ambitious and outstanding CRM Marketing plan to promote the right content to the right segments.

Interact with external agencies to create AAA content that matches with our player's needs.

Drive a test and learn approach to support game teams initiatives but also drive Marketing innovation.

Leverage the latest Martech to drive campaign efficiency and push boundaries with a special focus on engagement and monetisation KPIs.

Lead advance segmentation initiatives to provide truly personalised experiences to our players.

Collaborate with our Analytics team to appropriately measure performance and impact.



Skills to create thrills

Degree education as a minimum.

Experienced CRM Marketer with a good understanding and appreciation of broader marketing.

Previous industry experience within Online, Consumer, Gaming, Entertainment.

Consumer-centric approach to marketing, helping the organisation understand opportunities in a player-centric way.

Experience of working in a matrix environment.

Multi country/multi market experience.

Proven people leader.

Passion or interest in Gaming.
