Community Specialist - Maternity Cover
We are looking for a Community Specialist to join the King Community Team, who is self-organised, player focused and has a great level of proactivity. This role is based within Player Support in Barcelona!
Your Role Within our Kingdom
You run, grow and support our Community to grow user engagement and increase player satisfaction
You will assist players in the Community, publish content and updates, report on player feedback and suggestions and create direct conversation to drive engagementInvestigate reported abuse and take appropriate action
You will be troubleshooting player issues and advance them appropriatelySupport the Community Team to implement the Community plans like events and competitions
Chip in to the relationship with the community to ensure they are highly engaged and productiveYou will support events to incentivise engagement and player to player support
Create content and conversations that drive inspiration and education for new and existing membersAnalyse Community sentiment and provide valuable actionable insights.
Suggest improvements on the capability of the platform to drive efficiencies and a better UX
Be an ambassador for the player Community and enhance the voice of the player to the rest of the company

Design and execute engagement campaigns through community initiatives and contentExperience building relationships with super users to maximize their contribution to the community
Exploiting and analyzing data and reports to understand the performance of the community and initiatives implementedIdeally previous experience in a customer service or a user-facing role
Experience working and engaging directly with partners to raise the profile and the visibility of the function within the organisation.
