Senior Game Designer

We are looking for a senior game designer in Malmö, to come and take on the challenge of facilitating & leading the design of some awesome changes in live games. Whilst already working with some of the biggest games in the casual space, we are also actively looking for someone who has the passion and engagement to innovate within this area, pushing the boundaries for what a casual game is, and how it is played.

Your role within our Kingdom

The Senior Designer's role is to own the vision on a game whilst also working within an experienced cross-discipline group of leads to shape the game's future. You would...


Develop a deep understanding of our player's needs and motivations, in order to recommend improvements to the game and maximise the potential new features

Harness the creativity of the entire team to create great new additions to the game

Work with our brand, marketing and social media teams to maximise the impact of features added to the game


Continually look for ways to improve the quality of our game for our players

Skills to create thrills


You are passionate about making games, understand what makes casual gamers tick and able

to work in a flexible and fluid environment where the job will evolve over time.



You will have taken at least one game through full cycle, from concept to release

You are immersed in the world of the games, know the market and current trends

You have a broad understanding of all areas of game design and have expertise in at least one of them

You are acquainted with all processes involved in the production of a game

You're skilled at taking data and transforming it into meaningful designs

You put the player first, never lose sight of your target audience and whom you're designing for

You proactively aggregate feedback to support design decisions

You can maintain and steer the vision for an existing game or own a full new feature/area

You have demonstrated knowledge of how to push quality in design

You can mentor and guide more junior designers and have the ability to deliver criticism and feedback effectively

You communicate effectively across different disciplines and have experience managing studio stakeholders

You have prior experience actively coaching and developing more junior team members

You have an affirmed specialization in at least one area of game design

Experience in mobile

Experience creating successful Live Ops - or Events-style features for games

Experience with both Level Design and Games Design

A proven track record with 'Match Puzzle' games (E.g. Match-3, Clicker, Linker, Bubble Shooter...)
