Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing…
You will be responsible for supporting the Customer Relationship Centre in delivering excellent customer service. You will be monitoring and reviewing other agents phone calls and emails. You will be delivering feedback and providing coaching to promote best practice
- Fluent in Russian and English both spoken and written.
- Previous experience monitoring emails/calls for customer service.
- Experience coaching others in a customer service role.
