Human Resources Internship
Your role within our Kingdom
We are looking for exceptionally skilled HR Interns to join our Kingdom!
HRBP. L&OD. D&I. Your first task during your internship will be to explain to us why there are so many acronyms in the field. After that, the choice is yours! Our success is built entirely on our people, so we work hard to keep our values inherent in all we do. We have opportunities in our London office. This is an excellent opportunity for students who have graduated, or are due to graduate in 2019 and are looking to start their career in HR. After the initial internship, there is potential for the opportunity to become a full time rotational role, giving you excellent insight into the different functions of HR.
Skills to create thrills
You should have an interest in games and the ability to work in a flexible and fluid environment, where the job will evolve over time.
Other skills include:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with a range of individuals at all levels
* Creative problem-solving skills
* The ability to work well, both autonomously, and as part of a larger team
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions from large amounts of data
* An interest in diversity and inclusion and why this is so important in an organization such as King
* Strong MS Office skills
* Outstanding attention to detail
* The ability to work with confidential materials discreetly and responsibly
* You should be pursuing, or have recently completed, an undergraduate or master's degree and have an interest in a future career in HR
* Spanish or Swedish language skills
* Previous internship or work experience in HR
