    Key Skills:

    • 3+ years’ business development or sales experience in digital media, advertising, video games or related industry
    • Excellent network of game publishers, media agencies and technology companies within the European market
    • A passion for video games
    • An understanding of social media platforms and social influencer marketing
    • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
    • Fluent in English (additional languages would be an advantage)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Devise and implement a business development strategy for the European gaming market
    • Create business relationships with game publishers, media agencies and technology companies
    • Work closely with account managers, partner managers, finance and management to develop and articulate business terms
    • Draft, negotiate and fully execute on deal terms with partner companies
    • Help refine company strategy around partnerships
    • Communicate ideas, plans and results to executives and key decision makers
    • Identify and report on local market and industry trends
