Our teams work in small, autonomous groups to create and improve on social casual games that entertain millions of players. It's up to the teams to create and design architecture and build high-quality, fun games.

Your role is to drive continuous improvement for the scrum processes and team dynamics, ensuring the teams run efficiently and at a sustainable pace. You will help to identify bottlenecks and focus on supporting our teams to deliver with high throughput, high quality and high engagement.

Coach and develop team dynamics and flow

Key role in continuous improvement in production, processes, relationships and communication

Learning and sharing about Agile techniques

Help the team define, understand, take ownership of, and improve the key metrics for your product

Major contribution to the cross-functional leadership of the team

Influence team, product and studio-level decision-making

Help others around you learn and grow in their roles

Skills to create thrills


Experience as Scrum master

Experience sharing scrum initiatives with other departments

Great communication and coaching skills
