What you will do

- Act as a facilitator to help the team work efficiently and reach its goals and objectives.

- Analyse team objectives, break down in manageable deliverables for the team to implement.

- Drive the prioritisation of work to make sure all efforts are contributing towards the goals of the business.

- Together with the rest of the team, plan and maintain delivery roadmaps, working with business and technology counterparts.

- Act as an internal ambassador for the team, communicate with other teams and stakeholders, make sure that vital information is collected and gets exposed throughout the organisation.

- Coordinate between your team and stakeholders, driving cross-team alignment on projects.

- Contribute as a team member performing other roles within the team as needed, i.e. organising workshops and team building activities, working with HR on resource requirements, publish blogs.

- Work in an agile manner within a cross functional team.

- Establish and maintain successful relationships with external partners.

Who we are looking for

- Experience from working within a tech-focused environment.

- Familiar with agile workflow methodologies.

- At least 3 years experience working as a Product Manager/Owner/Producer.

- Someone who knows when to initiate and lead, and when to play back-line and support

- Self-driven, curious and eager to make an impact by making things happen.

- Tech-savvy, keeping up with the current trends and finding them exciting.

- Creative and able to think outside the box.

- A problem solver, multi-tasker and initiator.

- A hands-on type of character, yet with a strategic approach.

- A systematic thinker with the ability to see the wider picture from an organisational and product perspective and how the wider picture trickles down to logical steps.

- Able to analyse and synthesise data.

- Amazing at communication, both verbally and in writing.

- Keen on and able to make the customer's voice heard and acted on internally.

- Able to take quick data-informed decisions and to make data available if missing.
