ZeniMax Online Studios is looking for an experienced and reliable receptionist for our European customer support center. This is a full time position based at our Galway offices in Ireland. We offer a fun, exciting and challenging environment in one of the most energizing organizations in the MMO space.

You:

Are an experienced receptionist, who takes pride in maintaining a friendly and efficient environment.
Always try to be pro-active and add value to every interaction with visitors.
Are supremely organized, able to juggle multiple tasks calmly and seamlessly.
Adore people and are a bright, positive influence in a multi-cultural work place.
Are detail oriented, punctual and confident.
Have an excellent command of the English language, written and spoken. Additional languages a plus.
Are able to assign priorities efficiently and work efficiently, even with interruptions.
Remain faultlessly helpful to others, even under pressure.
Have a high level of proficiency in reception telephone systems and MS Windows / Office.

The Job:

Greet every visitor pleasantly and confidently assist them with their needs.
Monitor the reception area, including security badge access, kindly but firmly.
Be the face of the company.
Assist with shipping/courier services and deliveries as required.
Maintain a pleasant and organized reception area and lobby.
Maintain employee phone lists and databases as required.
Answer multi-line telephones, directing call traffic as required.
Make loudspeaker announcements/pages as needed.
Maintain and update conference room calendars and assist with scheduling conflicts.
Work with your team to assess and ensure excellence across all European customer support teams.
Provide administrative support to senior staff and complete additional duties as directed.
