<h1>Job Overview</h1>

As Marketing Art Lead, you're the owner of Splash Damage's creative brand content, including key art, graphic design, and social assets for our games and the studio's own brand.

You'll help to create an environment that allows creativity to flourish, by inspiring, motivating and managing a small team of artists.

You'll work with our Producer, Brand Manager and Associate Marketing Director to define the work necessary to support the studio, and lead the team in creating AAA quality content on schedule.

<h1>Responsibilities at a Glance</h1>

- Own the creative direction of Splash Damage's own IP brands (Dirty Bomb, unannounced projects) and the Splash Damage brand, keeping them fresh and consistent

- Own the visual direction of the in-game events and updates for our own IP games

- Raise the profile of the company and our games through various media

- Work with the Producer, Brand Manager and Associate Marketing Director to decide on the marketing assets required, and assist with estimates and scheduling

- Manage and mentor a small creative team, assigning tasks and helping them to execute work at a high degree of polish

- Maintain brand consistency across a range of digital and print promotional, marketing and event materials

- Help establish working procedures to benefit the creative processes of the team

- Stay up to date with industry trends and the tastes of our players

- Pitch in to assist with asset creation when needed

- Work collaboratively with third parties when required

- Eat pastries every Friday

<h1>About You</h1>

- Passionate about multiplayer action games

- Experience with regularly updated 'games as a service' titles

- At least 5 years of full-time experience working on digital marketing in the gaming industry

- A keen interest in branding, with experience in identifying and effectively targeting specific audiences

- Strong traditional art skills, and an eye for composition

- Strong ability to produce a broad spectrum of brand assets needed in a studio, everything from quick thumbnails through to final illustrations and renders

- Experience working with digital agencies and ad networks

- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure and confident in delivering to tight deadlines, whilst prioritising multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent organisational and project management skills
