Job Description
Job Purpose
Be responsible for owning the brand strategy and creative for all marcomms/assets for Ubisoft Reflections (Newcastle) and Ubisoft Leamington studios projects. Work in partnership with project teams from conception to launch, and beyond to deliver world -class, fully integrated lifecycle marketing that maximises commercial opportunity.

Reports To
Studio Marketing Director

•    Partner with Project teams through development process; give input into all aspects of the brand to create a product that positively resonates with target audience;
•    Create overall Brand Strategy for each project and work with HQ & Regional teams collaboratively to develop go to market plans that fit with the strategy;
•    Have a creative vision for the Brand and manage all assets; give direction to internal & external creative teams where necessary to deliver on vision;
•    Partner with Project teams through the Ubisoft Gate process; prepare all marketing & brand related documents and supporting date;
•    Propose business models based on data and industry;
•    Work with CMK team to define target audiences, behaviour and insight that shapes brand and marketing;
•    Leverage play-testing resource to gather & analyse player feedback that feeds into development;
•    Manage all related marketing budgets for each specific project;
•    Lead discussion with HQ, Regions & Subsidiaries to maximise prioritisation & support; become Brand evangelist throughout the Ubisoft organisation for Studio projects;
•    Working with Communications, Creative and Community - create & drive a holistic marketing plan that pushes boundaries, builds communities;
•    Inspire creative team to deliver excellence across all marcomms & assets;
•    Create full lifecyle plan that covers pre-launch, launch and Live activity;
•    Plan and manage brand participation at key events, often in co-ordination with HQ eg. E3, Gamescom etc.


Skills and Knowledge
•    Outstanding knowledge & experience of creating AAA games brands & launch marketing (via PC, Console and Digital);
•    Extensive knowledge of Live/GaaS;
•    Strong creative vision;
•    Outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
•    Strong project management skills with the ability to execute programs with speed, accuracy and efficiency;
•    An eye for detail and a passion for art, design, creativity and quality is essential;
•    Passion for social media and able to demonstrate knowledge of current and future trends;
•    Able to multi-task and manage many initiatives simultaneously;
•    Strong ability to manage tasks and projects from concept through to completion;
•    Excellent initiative and proactive attitude;
•    Able to rapidly adjust to changes;
•    Excellent technical skills such as use of Excel, PowerPoint
