Recruiting Coordinator - Temporary
The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the recruitment at Vicarious Visions with systems administration, communication to candidates, and other ad hoc administrative/coordination tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Scheduling candidates for both phone and onsite interviews.
• Assist in candidate communications through e-mail correspondence/phone calls and handling of candidates during on-site interviews.
• Administrative organization, job postings and file management in Applicant Tracking System (Taleo)
• Coordinate candidate expense reimbursement processing/routing.
• Facilitate effective and close communication between Recruiters/HRGs and candidates on any interview scheduling, reimbursements, relocation, and offer coordination being handled.
• Providing administrative support to Recruiters, including offer letter & new hire packet generation, and new hire onboarding.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 1 year relevant Recruitment experience in a large public corporation
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously

o Previous Human Resources and/or administrative/coordinator role in Recruiting
o Knowledge of Taleo ATS
