YOUR ROLE @ TRAVIAN GAMES:
We are looking for new colleagues (m/f) for the customer support of our game, Rail Nation, for the German market; the position is a 'mini job' and you will be working from home.
-You will help our players with questions, inquiries and issues regarding accounts, products and billing via email
-You will forward possible bug entries and technical issues to 2nd level support
-You will investigate and resolve suspension-based player issues
-You will work in accordance with internal guidelines and KPIs
-You will document frequently occurring issues
-You will build sustainable and positive relationships of trust with our players
-You have experience in customer service, and experience in online MMO gaming is a plus
-You are enthusiastic about providing outstanding customer service
-You have the ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions
-You are a team player with a high level of independence, self-organization and collaborative personality
-You have good written and verbal communication skills in English
-You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
-You have a passion for gaming
