You will be responsible for defining the monetisation strategy of the games they are assigned to maximise their revenues through all distributions channels at a worldwide level. Your main challenges will include:
• Collaborating with the production team to define the games monetisation strategy
• Defining and tracking KPI's critical to the games success
• Measuring performance against projections and reporting to the development team and company on a regular basis
• Analysing existing strategies and proposing improvements for optimisation
• Defining dashboards and statistics to evaluate a games' performance and user behaviour on all networks and platforms
• Identifying areas where the game can be improved by the use of data driven analysis
• Determining live operations plans related to game content, update releases, player progression and in-game events
• Providing reports and weekly progress updates to all key stakeholders
• Creating market analysis, benchmarks and insights on current market trends

Qualifications
Requirements
• 2-4 years of experience in game development is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics or a related field;
• Master’s degree in a related field is an asset
• Proven experience in optimising metrics and revenue on a live product or a service;
• Excellent analytical capability and an ability to devise solutions via the use of your analysis
• Good understanding of statistics
• Basic knowledge of programming languages is an asset (SQL, Python, etc..);
• Professional level communication skills (verbal and written)

• Strong analytical and data modelling (Excel, Tableau) skills;
