 The Product Manager User Experience – is an exciting role within the Casino team which already has become one of the biggest casino in the industry.

We are looking for a front end top expert to create a world class user experience  

 

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Establish and execute the front end product vision and strategy
  • E2E responsibility for all casino clients. Including mobile, tablets, web and desktop
  • Lead the client side product to acquisition readiness starting point
  • Providing product management of front end development, from concept and BRD to launch
  • Matrix management of UX/UI resources from the Design Services team 
  • Work with any assigned BSA and review more detailed functional requirements
  • Work closely with the technology division, both casino and shared resources
  • Project manage the stream’s activities
  • Deliver best practices to the casino customer experience
  • Data driven decision making and direct interface with BI functions 
  • Comprehensive and ongoing customer research of the targeted segments. Create the Personas
  • Initiate and analyse customer focus groups, user testing and functional tests
  • Deep competitors (direct and indirect) analysis and understanding
  • Strong business understanding and growth orientation
  • Optimize the user journeys and analyse all relevant touch points
  • Work closely with central teams to create a consistent and harmonized experience among all products
  • Focusing on delivering all capabilities seamlessly across all platforms

 

Skills/Experience Required:

  • 5+ years as a front end Product Manager – MUST
  • Strong proven ability to create a top edge front end experience, in a relevant discipline
  • Strong documentation skills: requirements, product documentation and training materials
  • Passion and creativity
  • Experience working with technology teams locally and remotely based
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and remotely
  • Ability to manage a positive working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external personnel
