Who are we looking for

Being an Ambassador means being part of a tight-knit team, working close together with your colleagues. You will provide assistance, support, advice and life hacks to players through chat and email, as well as monitor social media and gaming forums. You will also take care of translations and begin your journey driving a localisation project full-time.

We offer a flexible environment, where you will not only handle our precious players and translations, but you might also find yourself writing creative content, engaging with players on our social media platforms, helping out with campaigns, assisting an affiliate or anything else that might interest you and help you grow in Casumo.  

Who are you?

A person with Danish as your native language and impeccable English skills to match. You have a great eye for detail and love the written word, with a knack for translations. You are someone who can charm other people, you’re creative and a bit quirky, with incredible people skills. We want you to be autonomous and get stuff done. You’re highly self-motivated and as comfortable driving a project as you are with collaborating on one.  You are a positive thinker and have a genuine interest in creative writing, service and iGaming, with brilliant interpersonal and communications skills.


  • Written, effective communication with players in Danish and English;
  • Translations and localisations from English language to Danish language;
  • Willingness to work shifts;
  • Taking on additional ad hoc responsibility such as social media monitoring, creative writing and other projects.
