Dirty Bomb takes first person shooters back to their purest roots in a fast-paced team game that will challenge even the most competent players.  It’s the latest evolution in the multiplayer gameplay that Splash Damage has become known for, and is a product of our lifelong passion for hardcore multiplayer gaming!

Splash Damage is an independently-owned studio just outside of the CDA Containment Wall around London, and we're all about crafting engaging multiplayer experiences. We're now expanding our Dirty Bomb team to take it to another level, and are looking for superstars to help us make it happen.


For our Technical Producer for Dirty Bomb, we are looking for a highly organized individual with outstanding communication and project management skills. You have prior experience in game development in both engineering and production roles, and have a keen knowledge of how an effective game engineering team operates. Self-direction and follow-up skills are essential, as well as the ability to anticipate development issues and determine alternative solutions. You are passionate about game development as well as the challenge of delivering games on time and to a very high technical quality.

You will be responsible for managing Dirty Bomb’s engineering team day to day, as well as performing service tasks such as streamlining communication, building strong working relationships with all departments, and understanding and anticipating stakeholder needs.  Additionally, you will drive defining the product’s technical vision, gathering and prioritising product and technical requirements and assist with coordination between product and service teams to meet our team goals.


  • Coordinate, track, and manage the activities of engineering staff to ensure that project tasks are completed on time
  • Provide management for individuals, motivation and direction to ensure that project goals, objectives, milestones and deliverables are achieved
  • Manage the engineering and content teams in regards to build management, and provide tracking for the team and studio
  • Accountable for management & facilitation of relationships with external partners, such as middleware service providers
  • Effectively and regularly report progress to internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively anticipates and adjusts for problems and roadblocks
  • Ensures necessary steps are taken to resolve issues which may impede progress or compromise project's objectives
  • Define technical roadmap scope and schedule; manages day-to-day project schedules and motivates team towards a common project goal
  • Initiate or implement development process improvements to achieve efficiencies


  • A passion for video games, video game development, and the video game industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, as well as verbal and written communications skills
  • Demonstrable experience in shipping AAA games on PC or console
  • At least one title shipped in a Production role
  • At least one title shipped in a software development role
  • Experience in continuous integration and version control systems, managing multiple branches and releases
  • Experience managing teams and individuals, and delivering products on time
  • Proven experience managing schedules and employees to achieve desired results
  • Knowledge of software development process, project management, and performance management


  • High level of self-confidence with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of management, peers and business partners
  • Experience with operating a “game as a service”
  • Experience with Unreal Engine
  • Experience leading and working with cross-functional teams
  • Skilled in risk assessment/management
  • Well-versed in project management software & an ability to adapt to a range of software, such as TeamCity, JIRA and SVN/Perforce
