Sound like a match? Kabam is looking for a Project Manager to join our Player Retention team in delivering titles such as Marvel: Contest of Champions and Transformers: Forged to Fight. We don’t just make games, we play and love them too.

You will contribute by:

Retaining full knowledge of product roadmaps and ensure Player Retention is ready for releases, updates and changes
Fostering relationships and work closely with game development teams to keep the team fully informed, and that any requirements are met
Working with leadership team to prioritize and coordinate departmental projects
Owning project tracking tools and define departmental project methodology
Developing project schedules, requirements, resources, budget and estimate level of effort
Ensuring that projects are completed within the defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints while ensuring predictable, consistent, and successful project delivery
Identifying project risks and proactively working to develop mitigation strategies; escalating issues to leadership as necessary

Your background includes:

5+ Years of experience in a Project Management position
Expert knowledge of project management products and methodologies
Ability to function in a self-directed manner and adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced environment
Mastery of best practices in project management discipline and able to operationalize these in a practical manner
Experienced in leading change management activities and managing their impact across multiple organizations across division, college or institutional boundaries
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical topics to large groups and senior management with potentially varied levels of technical sophistication.
Ability to lead, develop, and mentor multiple levels of staff and management performing functions across multiple disciplines
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
PMP, CPM certification a plus
The Player Retention team is primarily focused on community and player support, and as part of that team you’ll contribute to our mission of keeping our players playing our games. You be responsible for running technical, procedural and organizational projects within the department, and ensuring that we are ready to support new product updates, releases and major events.
