We’re looking for a talented Recruitment Manager to join our team and assist in hiring the best talent within the industry. You will be a company champion and serve as the direct point of contact for candidates and internal management. As a Recruitment Manager at Splash Damage you will recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implement any new processes and fine tuning standard processes. You’ll drive the end-to-end creative staffing process and ensure the best possible candidate experience throughout. You will also have the hands-on approach as you will be attending, scheduling managing the interviews.
Responsibilities at a Glance
Day to day advice on all recruitment issues: management, salaries, job offers etc. This would be done through an in-depth understanding of the business, coupled with strong recruiting acumen.
Be responsible for the full cycle of the recruitment process
Ensure that recruitment targets are met within the deadlines
Lead & develop a team of recruiters with various levels of experience
Manage and regularly evaluate the PSL
Managing candidate offers, including negotiations from start to finish
Dive deep into data and metrics to analyse, report out, and make decisions on how to optimize sourcing efforts to deliver results.
Manage recruitment budget
Any ad-hoc projects and initiatives
Required Skills and Experience
Proven capabilities as a manager and great developer of talent
Proven experience of hiring games professionals
Superior written and verbal communication skills, along with good negotiation skills
Experience working with tools of the trade, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets (knowledge of Greenhouse is a plus)
A clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple projects across multiple organizations in a fast paced environment
Desired Skills and Experience
5+ years of Recruiting experience
3+ years leading or managing a team
Passion for gaming and the industry
Previous experience recruiting within a AAA Games studio.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, candidates, employees, and key stakeholders
In-depth knowledge of the video game, animation, visual effects related disciplines and industries
Highly detail oriented
Great organisational skills
