At Gameloft Montreal, you’ll be working with the world’s best game developers. Our studio has developed, and continues to develop, hit titles that include the Dungeon Hunter, Modern Combat and Gangstar series.

Working under the CFO Americas, the Logistics, Purchasing and Maintenance Coordinator will negotiate, purchase and receive the products required by the studio. Further, the successful candidate will help with logistics and will ensure proper maintenance of the studio.

From the beginning of your adventure with us, you will be tasked with:


Buying materials, computer equipment, and other goods and services
Negotiating the prices and terms of payment with the suppliers
Analysing the cost of certain projects or activities
Carrying out research in order to offer alternatives to the products that were ordered, if necessary
Managing calls for tenders, writing submissions, and evaluating cost estimates
Ensuring that delivery schedules, specifications, and price ranges are in line with what was agreed upon with the suppliers
Returning defective merchandise and following up on it
Coordinating business trips
Helping to purchase and receive merchandise during various corporate events

Office Logistics and Maintenance

Acting as a resource person for all general issues related to maintenance
Monitoring the security of the premises (alarm system, turnstiles, cameras, etc.)
Ensuring the quality of the cleaning services
Resolving maintenance/repair issues, including contacting the necessary internal or external contractors
Ensuring the work performed by contractors/suppliers is completed optimally and in a timely manner

Experience and Qualifications:

DCS or university degree in supply management
Perfect mastery of French and English, both verbal and written
Very good knowledge of Excel (MS Office suite)
Knowledge of Sage 300, or another ERP system
2 years’ experience in a similar position is a major asset
Able to manage multiple simultaneous tasks
Able to carry out a proper administrative follow-up
Possess an excellent talent for negotiation
Resourceful, good communicator, dynamic
Analytical and deductive skills
Has a good sense of teamwork
