Summary:

id Software is looking for an ambitious and organized Live Producer to assist with the organization, scheduling, and daily coordination of a live product. The Live Producer will conduct the deployment of all updates at a regular cadence and will help ensure the consistent health of the live game.

Responsibilities:

Manage and track all updates, hotfixes, and patches with development and operational teams
Communicate and coordinate regularly with publishing teams, such as Marketing, PR, QA, CS, Legal, and Platform Technology
Ensure all supporting requirements are rolled out successfully on product update deployment
Manage and track all logistical requirements for the continued successful operation of the game-as-a-service
Assist with the creation and management of the development schedule
Ensure creative approvals happen on-time to keep critical efforts unblocked
Proactively monitor the development bug database and consumer feedback channels to identify potential future problems
Continually play game builds and communicate written and oral feedback
Conduct and improve the product release pipeline across
Management, maintenance, and broadcasting of relevant information on the operational wiki

Requirements:

3+ years experience as a Production Coordinator or Associate Producer at a developer or publisher (experience preferred with FPS and live service games)
Mastery of building, maintaining, and tracking schedules and plans across multiple timelines
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Solid proficiency and experience with scheduling applications such as MS Project
Solid technical knowledge of computer hardware and software
Self-motivated team player with very strong work ethic and an unfailingly positive attitude
At least 2 shipped titles credited as Production Coordinator or Associate Producer
Willingness to occasionally travel to support the game at exhibitions
A sincere passion for games and gaming

Desired Skills:

Technical (CS) degree or similar experience
Experience in other disciplines of development (Design, Art, QA)
Familiarity with id Software games and/or technology
Experience with major distribution platforms, including submission processes and guidelines
