We are currently looking for a passionate and energetic Corporate communication manager to head our Studio Communications team.
In this role you will be responsible for the corporate communication internally and externally at Massive Entertainment. You will be leading a small team of two people which is responsible for creating and maintaining the internal communication and external branding, such as internal TV content, social media channels, PR, media contacts, events, studio visits, newsletters, etc. You will be reporting to the Studio Brand Director but also work closely with the Operational side of the studio (HR, IT, Office, Finance and Management). The role also includes advice to our Management Team about communication strategy, media relations and other external activities. You will also be responsible for contacts with and reporting to Ubisoft's Global Communications Team.
In addition, you will also communicate on topics like Corporate Social Responsibility and diversity. You will be a champion of studio culture and values and an external spokesperson for Massive Entertainment. This role comes with a lot of freedom and responsibility and we expect that you can give an added value to our already great reputation, values and approach.
This is a permanent position based in Malmö, Sweden, and requires working onsite.

We are looking for someone that is outgoing, persuasive and has attention to detail. You have a certain entrepreneurial spirit and know how to drive ideas and projects from start to finish. Of course, you have an interest for computer games and the culture that surrounds it.
We are looking for someone who has an academic background within communications or marketing, but more importantly has at least 5-10 years of experience in the field. You are an inspiring leader and can show experience from handling media contacts, preferably in an international environment.
- Writing and communication skills in fluent English, Swedish is a big plus but not mandatory
- Experience as manager, preferably in an international environment
- Good knowledge of the Swedish society and business life
- Documented experience from leading successful internal and external communication projects, including events
- Experience in working with external agencies, and a large network within the communications industry
- Proven track-record in internal communications and internal culture/values projects
- Solid knowledge of communications planning and strategy
