Hibernum is seeking a candidate with a strong knowledge of SQL, Excel and Tableau (or other similar packages). The ideal candidate has expertise in extracting, compiling, analyzing and presenting useful information from multiple data sources. The focus will be placed on mobile platforms and PC.
The new Data Analyst will work closely with the Product Management team and the Production team in order to optimize game features and revenues. He will use quantitative and qualitative analysis of large data sets generated by in-game telemetry, 3rd party software and market data to measure the efficiency of new features and the overall health of the product.
Be the stakeholder for all things related to Hibernum’s analytics tools. Definition, implementation and maintenance;
Translate business needs to technical requirements and ensure correct implementation and tracking;
Through analysis of the telemetry data, make recommendations to the team in order to find solutions to optimize game profitability;
Production of regular reports on key in-game metrics;
Identify new metrics that illustrate the game’s performance;
Analysis and reporting, such as measuring the effectiveness of a new feature;
Create forecast on key metrics.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field;
Excellent understanding of statistical methods;
In-depth knowledge of Excel, Tableau and/or other statistical programs;
Knowledge and proficiency in R and/or Python;
A least two years of relevant experience;
Good knowledge of MySQL;
Interest in social/mobile games;
Strong communication skills;
Bilingual (French and English).
