The Product Owner (m/f) works closely with the Distribution leadership team, Production and Bigpoints parental company Youzu Interactive. This role is responsible for selecting, improving, launching and operating high-quality browser, client and mobile games developed by Youzu Interactive. The Product Owner (m/f) will be fully responsible for evangelizing these products throughout the Bigpoint structure and take reasonable measures in delivering against financial and operative plans. The perfect candidate will have a proven track record of launching and operating games in a publishing environment.  


- Create and manage the specific product management process of the product and oversee its effective execution

- Plan and roll out marketing and sales activities in order to reach previously defined goals

- Identify new opportunities and prepare measures to seize them

- Measure KPIs against goals defined in business cases and create strategies as well as oversee the execution of these in order to reach set goals

- Deliver reports and information to company management while keeping all departments and employees informed about plans and status of execution

- Create, request and control the implementation of features and functions fitting to the market entry requirements of the product

- Responsible for planning and supervising texts and advertisements creation for newsletters, website news, packages and items in order to roll out sales, marketing and promotions

- Oversee the P&L of the products as well as continuously control and release improvement measures in order to maximize profitability

- Act as the product evangelist within Bigpoint


- At least 3 years of working experience in project, product or marketing management within the gaming industry

- Experienced in delivering a product from planning to live stage

- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time while tracking the progress of other departments

- Experienced in determining requirements as well as creating concepts and acceptance criteria

- Ability to communicate well with multiple departments, different nationalities and cultures (with a focus on Asia) as well as understanding of their needs

- Cost sensitive mindset and ability to identify business opportunities

- Intelligent self-starter with proactive work approach and ability to work on own initiative

- Fluent in English, Chinese language skills are a plus

- Diploma, Bachelor or Master degree in either Business Administration, Marketing or Product Management is a plus
