About Splash Damage

Splash Damage is an independently-owned studio on the outskirts of London, and we're all about crafting engaging multiplayer experiences. This year so far, we've launched our multiplayer shooter Dirty Bomb on the PC and completed Gears of War: Ultimate Edition for Xbox One. We're now expanding our team for exciting new projects on PC and console, and are looking for superstars to help us make them happen.

The Role

As a production intern at Splash Damage you will be responsible for working with the development team to budget, schedule and oversee the implementation of exciting gameplay features for our games.

Aiding the production team in balancing and tracking team progress throughout sprints
Organising and driving team standups and other directional meetings
Work with each discipline to ensure roadblocks are removed and dependencies are surfaced
Liaise with different departments to facilitate communication

Essential Skills and Experience

A passion for making and playing multiplayer games
Strong desire to work in the games industry
A solid grasp of the principles of project management, Scrum, Agile, waterfall methodologies etc.
An understanding of project management tools such as JIRA, Hansoft, Trello or other
The desire to collaborate with game designers, programmers and artists
Self-motivation, good communication skills, and a great team-player attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills and Experience

Some employment experience
Some experience of managing projects either in education or work
Able to problem solve without direct guidance. Comfortable with ambiguity
