About the job

As an inspirational personality, the Senior Game Artist must define, communicate and champion the overall look and feel of an upcoming casual game. This Senior Game Artist must provide creative and pro-active leadership on all visual design and communication, understand the impact of art decisions on game design and engineering constraints, inspiring everyone on the team to do their best work. Establishing a strong collaborative working relationship with the Product Lead, that consistency of vision will be communicated and guided to the best possible result, tailored to the needs of the game.

Responsibilities will include:

- Create appealing, iconic characters in a beautiful environment
- Establish and champion a cohesive look and feel in collaboration with the Product Lead and team
- Provide art solutions that intuitively communicate and complement the game design
- Optimize art delivery process, providing leadership to product and engineering groups
- Consult on animation solutions with an eye towards technical performance
- Provide quality feedback and leadership on all visual design & communication

Who we are looking for

- Proven experience within the games industry
- Bachelors of Fine Arts or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Veteran in games and mobile platforms
- Strong understanding for all art disciplines with expertise in at least one

Must have:

- Shipped at multiple titles
- Experience delivering in 3D and 2D
- Expertise in a range of creative software
- An outstanding Portfolio
- Self Discipline and Organizational Skills
