id Software, part of the ZeniMax Media Inc. family of companies, is seeking a talented Character Rigger to join our team in making AAA games.
Do you have a passion for characters and creatures? Are you fascinated by anatomy and wonder how you can make something bend or deform in the most efficient manner? Do you like working with cool developers and talking about games, movies, comics, shows, and animation over a cup of coffee while taking a break from your tasks? Are you looking for a laid back work environment that still delivers intense results (whatever that means)? Would you like to be a part of a small cohesive animation team and have a huge impact? This position is responsible for getting our creatures and characters to deform beautifully as well as create efficient control rigs and tools for animators to work with.
