The Challenge Ahead:

As the Global Mobility Advisor you will assist in providing overall support to the Senior Global Mobility Specialist in the coordination of permanent relocations and secondments of EA employees within EMEA Region. Providing day to day support for all EMEA global mobility & domestic relocation activity in conjunction with EA’s relocation providers.

What a Global Mobility Advisor does at EA:

Preparing initial assignment / permanent transfer cost estimates.
Preparation of initial Relocation Agreements, Letter of Understandings and Policy Documents.
Initiation of relocations / secondments within relocation vendor tools and tracking / monitoring of initiation status.
Data maintenance and management of assignee / permanent transfer data.
Responding to mobility queries from employees, relocation vendors, HR and internal departments.
Liaising with the Senior Global Mobility Specialist on escalations and issue resolution.
Active participation within weekly activity status calls with relocation vendors.
Reviewing of weekly / monthly reports from vendors and taking action as appropriate.
Assisting with payroll reporting and compensation data collation.
Ensuring compliance with policies, tax and immigration.
Raising of purchase numbers, processing of invoices and payments to third party vendors.
General administration associated with relocation.
Ad hoc initiatives & projects as required.

The next great EA Global Mobility Advisor also needs:

Previous experience of working in a Mobility role, supporting the EMEA Region
Familiarity with expatriate compensation methods, Tax and Social Security systems
Good understanding of immigration requirements across EMEA
Great communication skills
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work under own initiative
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent MS Office Skills
Passion for the video games / entertainment industry is advantageous
CIPD Qualified / Part Qualified is beneficial.
