You have a year or two of user research experience, a degree in a research-based discipline, or just a strong interest in exploring user research. Whatever your background. You have tremendous empathy for users. You want to know what makes them do what they do, and you're obsessive about improving their experiences.
As a part of Hiberplay, Hibernum Creations UX Research team, you'll spend most of your time gathering and analyzing user feedback for a variety of games through interviews, surveys, user testing, and data analysis. You'll communicate your findings to the Product Management, Marketing and UI / UX Design teams, and work closely Support staff to prioritize issues.
SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE:
-Some hands-on experience conducting a variety of research practices such as qualitative interviews or survey research
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Extremely detail oriented
-Strong data and quantitative analysis skills
-Ability to balance and interpret quantitative and qualitative feedback into insights that shape products
NICE TO HAVES:
-Demonstrable understanding of core UX principles and/or Game Design principles.
-An educational background in the following or relevant work experience: Psychology, Human Computer Interaction, Cognitive Sciences, Design, or any discipline with a strong emphasis on qualitative and quantitative research methods
-Experience working within a software development team
-Knowledge of SQL queries and understanding of relational databases
-Knowledge of Google Spreadsheet or Excel
