Splash Damage is an independently-owned studio on the outskirts of London, and we're all about crafting engaging multiplayer experiences. In the last year, we've launched our multiplayer shooter Dirty Bomb on PC and Gears of War: Ultimate Edition on Xbox One. We’re now working on several high-profile projects on PC and console and are looking for a talented Recruiter to assist in hiring top talent for the teams to help make them great.

The Role

We’re looking for a talented recruiter to join our team and assist in hiring the best talent within the industry. You will be a company champion and serve as the direct point of contact for candidates and internal management. You will be directly controlling, influencing, impacting, and managing recruiting services. You’ll drive the end-to-end creative staffing process and ensure the best possible candidate experience throughout. This is a temporary six-month position with the potential to be extended.

Responsibilities at a Glance

Ownership of vacancies across the board, working closely with Hiring Managers and Talent team.
Assist in establishing recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Identify and source top talent to help develop first rate AAA Multiplayer Games
Day to day management of the in house candidate tracking system, ensuring current roles are live and up to date, and all candidates are managed accordingly.
Arranging and facilitating interviews, including scheduling, performing phone screens, working directly with candidates and internal managers and arranging travel
Managing candidate offers, including negotiations from start to finish
coordinate postings on job boards, print ads, our website, and other sources.

Required Skills and Experience

Sourcing for technical/games related roles ideally in-house.
Provide high-touch candidate management, from conducting initial screenings through to providing timely and constructive feedback; ensuring a positive experience for all candidates
Proven experience of hiring games professionals
Ability to use online tools such as job boards, LinkedIn,
Solid understanding of each job function for which they are recruiting for
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook and experiences with an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse is a plus)
Desired Skills and Experience

Previous experience recruiting within a AAA Games studio.
Passion for gaming and the industry
In-depth knowledge of the video game, animation, visual effects related disciplines and industries
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, candidates, employees, and key stakeholders
Highly detail oriented
Great organisational skills
