Each product is developed and owned by the team; they drive the development, design, and creative direction of the products in coordination with our directors, marketing, and analytic's teams so we offer a real hands-on experience
For this role we need someone who will help optimise the performance of our apps within the Apple App Store, Google Play Store and Amazon Appstore. You will help to develop an App Store Optimisation (ASO) strategy to ensure that key Outplay games titles appear at the forefront of App Store searches. As well as boosting rankings, researching emerging markets and app discoverability you will also be responsible for the continuous review of the in-app experience across relevant devices and stores to help identify conversion opportunities.
Other responsibilities in this role include Implementing A/B Tests to improve the app store conversion rates, providing weekly recommendation to optimise the end to end user journeys and help drive organic installs. As well as monitoring Market trends and competitor benchmarks you will also be working alongside the analytics and marketing support team, ensuring that mobile traffic reports are created to help assess performance and impact of optimisations carried out.
Key qualities and experience we are looking for:
1+ year of ASO experience with free-to-play apps
A good understanding of the mobile gaming market
Proven experience of planning, executing and optimising ASO campaigns
Experience of localising and optimising App Store Pages
Knowledge of key App Store analytics and optimisation tools such as App Annie and Sensor Tower
Experience of managing A/B tests using tools such as Google Play Experiments and SplitMetrics/ Storemaven
Organised, detail-oriented and highly passionate with ability to work under own initiative
Excellent English writing skills
