Frontier is looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Cambridge, UK.

Working within the Publishing team, the Senior Product Marketing Manager will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to help define and build marketing strategies for products that deliver the company’s vision.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to
The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.
Stakeholder management, able to work with development teams to define product release requirements.
Develop and write product positioning documents and strategies, working closely with all stakeholders including senior management and executives to ensure consistency and buy-in
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements
Work within the marketing team to define the go-to-market strategy
Communicate to all stakeholders, the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer.
Serve as the evangelist for all products, ensuring that the vision and strategy is translated across all communications, materials and promotions
Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
Drive product launches including working with marketing and communications teams, executives, and other product management team members
Lead and mentor other members of the product management team

Desired Skills and Experience
Proven work experience in product management
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Strong problem solving skills and willingness to work at any level to get the job
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Degree level education or similar
Experience in games essential
