Create compelling, nuanced animations that look great and fulfil gameplay requirements using keyframed or motion captured animation as required by the project
Take ownership of your animation and proactively push the quality while considering feedback from the Animation Lead or Director.
Export animations into game and ensure that they behave as expected
Troubleshooting errors to avoid in-game glitches
Work with other disciplines to ensure a high quality of animation and gameplay
Examples of your work that demonstrate a strong understanding of animation and acting principals
Passion for animation and interest in gaming
Good written/verbal communication skills
Experience working with 3D software such as Maya, Motionbuilder or 3dmax
Knowledge of game pipelines advantageous
Motion capture experience useful but not essential
Autodesk Maya experience useful but not essential
