CCP Games is looking for a Digital Media Designer to join the Performance Marketing Team. The Digital Media Designer is responsible for designing and developing visual creative assets related to branded CCP’s touchpoints with customers worldwide. This includes creating cutting edge advertisement solutions for core website design, social features and functionality, mobile devices and branded landing pages. The designer would also work closely with the most common digital advertising platforms out there.
Work on and contribute to the team’s acquisition and growth strategies.
Design web-driven campaigns, which include interactive HTML5 banners, rich media, landing pages, and social media contests.
Optimize creatives and landing pages by driving conversion through focus groups, A/B testing and analytical insights.
Collaborate with internal creative and web teams, develop a process flow for all advertising creative at CCP and manage creative refreshes.
Experience in Rich Media, Web Design and Web Development.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite specifically Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
Experience with campaign management tools like Facebook, Google AdWords, Double Click and Bing ads is a plus
Core understanding of animation and video editing is a plus
Team player – ability to work with multiple cross-functional groups, including business, creative & technical teams
Quick learner, full of ideas with a strong passion for digital media and new ad solutions
University degree with a focus on graphic design and web development preferred but not a must.
Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
