As the Senior Brand Manager for F2P (games-as-a-service), you will be responsible for positioning, planning, and executing the marketing activities for your assigned product. You will set the course for user acquisition initiatives and collaborate with teammates in Live Operations to increase retention and monetization. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of how to coordinate cross-functional teams and a bias towards action.
-Develop and manage marketing strategies across paid, earned, and owned channels to promote F2P games. Convert strategies into clear and executable plans.
-Manage the business of your game; collaborate with team members to achieve monthly and annual targets.
-Define and coordinate messaging strategy to ensure brand integrity across channels and platforms.
-Collaborate with other teams such as Production, PR, Content Marketing, Live Ops, Creative and Web to generate the best possible marketing for your product.
-Conduct product and consumer research. Optimize ongoing marketing activities based on consumer trends and opportunities.
-Organize and run industry events and trade shows where your title is on display. Partner with PR and Community to maximize impact.
-Cultivate and manage relationships with channel and promotional partners to further drive traffic and brand awareness.
-Prioritize marketing efforts to drive user acquisition, retention and re-engagement activities by using data to analyze and optimize campaigns.
-Manage communication with key stakeholders and present regular progress updates to senior management.
Desired Skills and Experience:
-3+ years as a brand manager, preferably in online games
-Proven success in creating strong customer awareness and acquisition.
-Industry know-how with deep knowledge of the online game market, virtual goods and AAA asset creation.
-A leader and collaborator who can bring different departments together and encourage them to rally behind a brand.
-Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, social media, performance-based campaigns and e-sports.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
