About the role
We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to manage the development and optimisation of a mobile free-to-play game through all key phases of the product lifecycle! You'll work with an incredible production team to drive for answers to business questions via hands-on exploration of data. In the world of GREE, it's about working with Game Designers, Producers and Engineers to create the best gameplay and service experience for our players.
No two days will be the same. Your ability to research and understand customer needs through a wide variety of methodologies will allow you to create and drive features from concept to live. This in turn will be aimed at increasing ARM (acquisition, retention, monetisation). You'll elevate the game by aggressively monitoring and driving improvements to KPIs whilst helping to manage the release of new features, content, and events.
Our ideal candidate will bring a passion for free-to-play games. We're all game geeks around here, and find that PMs who love games also make the best games. We're looking for someone who is analytical, data-driven and enjoys solving problems. It goes without saying that you'll have a driving curiosity and attention to detail. You're the type of person who can't help but try to figure out a problem when you see one (and understand that doing so often requires diving into the details). Technical skills aside, we're looking an extreme self starter, with the ability to work as a part of a team in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
To be considered, you'll need to demonstrate the following:
- extensive experience in product management or data-driven business analysis
- customer focus with a track record of turning customer needs and ideas into live product
- expert level skills with statistics, writing SQL statements and modeling in Excel
- excellent interpersonal skills, and written and verbal communications skills.
