3+ years industry experience with character technology (Skinning, Rigging, Tool development, etc.)
Clear interest in contributing to the research and development of character technology.
Strong problem-solving skills applied to character technology requirements.
Comfortable stepping outside the “industry standard” mindset to develop leading, cutting edge solutions.
Strong experience writing plug-ins for DCC applications.
Strong general understanding of character/animation pipeline.
Team player, excellent communication skills.
Experience developing IK Solvers, blending techniques, etc.
Experience developing character and animation facial related technology (rigging, FACS fitting, topology fitting, etc.)
Experience with motion capture systems (Vicon, Motion Analysis, Blade, etc.)
Strong understanding of anatomy
Strong Math skills
Strong Python skills
Strong C/C++ skills
Experience with Maya
Experience with Motion Builder
