Certain Affinity’s Talent and Culture team has a newly created role of Talent Acquisition Lead. At 115 employees and growing, Certain Affinity has a stellar team of game developers. We are looking for the person who will take the great things working for us in talent acquisition and expand them into an amazing, cohesive program. Lead the development and implementation of a high-touch, talent acquisition plan that will scale with the Company’s growth
Full-cycle hands-on recruitment: sourcing through onboarding
Work with business partners to identify and articulate specific needs
Own the creation of interesting and effective job postings
Ensure compliance with Company processes and relevant external regulations
Collaborate closely and effectively with Talent and Culture team to provide seamless, high-value partnership with the business
Focus on relationship building for targeted universities and educational programs
Lead a coordinated professional development program for employees speaking and presenting externally
Grow CA employment brand through social media


5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including at least 3 years in a game development environment
Experience partnering in-house with hiring managers and HR
Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
Excellent verbal and written communication skills – positive, clear and diplomatic
Great attention to detail – proofreading and candidate tracking
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Superb interpersonal skills – work effectively with a variety of personalities
Exercise good judgment in complex and nuanced situations
Experience with recruiting database software and good office software skills
Balance big picture view, with hands on implementation
Great organizational and project management capability
Experience working with educational institutions
Established industry networking and social media presence

Extra Credit

HRG or HRBP experience
Experience in mid-sized, independent company
Familiarity with ADP
