RESPONSIBILITIES
Rattache au Directeur du Studio, vous participerez activement à la gestion administrative du studio :
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES
- Office Management
- Suivi des fournitures et gestion des prestataires (maintenance, securite, etc.)
- Accueil physique et telephonique
- Participation à la vie du studio (evenements, communication interne)
- Gerer l'organisation quotidienne du Studio (bureaux, equipements, etc.)
- Organisation des reunions, deplacements et evenements interne
- Communications internes
- Interface avec les partenaires externes et les equipes internes
- Realiser l'onboarding des nouveaux collaborateurs
- Participer aux reflexions gloabales sur les projets RH transverses (QVT, RSE, culture interne, etc)
- Support financier et administratif ponctuel
- Gestion d'une partie des factures fournisseurs
- Verification des notes de frais
QUALIFICATIONSProfil recherche - Formation en gestion, administration, comptabilite ou assistanat
- Excellente maîtrise des outils du Pack Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Maîtrise des procedures et pratique administratives courantes
- Sens de l'organisation, ponctualite, rigueur et discretion
- Bon relationnel, bonne communication et esprit d'equipe
- Anglais professionnel apprecie

Our Paris studio takes pride in its engineering team's depth of experience, which has been providing its rich expertise in re-engineering and adaptation, as well as in gameplay mandates to our global partners to bring some of the world's top AAA games to life.
