ABOUT THE POSITION
RESPONSIBILITIES
- 积极参与游戏引擎相关技术的学习与培训课程，快速掌握核心开发技能；
- 协助导师和团队完成游戏引擎模块的开发支持与基础功能实现；
- 参与引擎项目的实际开发与调试，积累项目实践经验；
- 配合团队进行代码编写、测试及相关技术文档的整理工作；
- 参与版本控制与代码管理，熟悉项目协作流程；
- 主动发现并反馈学习与开发过程中遇到的问题，寻求解决方案；
- 逐步提升技术能力，达到独立承担简单模块开发任务的水平；
- 遵守团队规章制度，积极融入团队协作氛围。
QUALIFICATIONS - 计算机科学或软件工程类相关专业本科在读；
- 熟练掌握C++语言，具备良好的代码习惯；
- 具备良好的计算机基础知识，如数据结构、算法、操作系统等；
- 积极主动，具备较强的问题解决能力和学习能力；
- 热爱游戏行业，对游戏引擎开发充满热情，有志于在此领域发展。
加分项：
- 在校期间有软件项目开发经验，尤其是涉及游戏、图形学或引擎相关项目；
- 参加过挑战杯、大学生创新创业竞赛、ACM程序设计竞赛等专业竞赛并获奖者；
- 熟悉常用引擎（如Unreal Engine、Unity）使用及二次开发经验；
- 了解计算机图形学基础（渲染管线、数学基础、Shader编写）。
