ABOUT THE POSITION

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicate with project stakeholders regarding project specifics and outcomes.
  • Support in project planning and execution.
  • Facilitate coordination and oversight of project tasks and outcomes.
  • Carry out administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, creating invoices, and supporting in estimate.
  • Monitor and communicate project progress.
  • Execute additional tasks as delegated by the Producer efficiently in a timely manner.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Good planning skills in both project and people management.
  • Excellent communication skills (in both Vietnamese and English).
  • Ability to work under high pressure.
  • Logical thinking.
  • Proactive. Highly responsible.
  • Experience in working with international clients is a PLUS.
