Position Overview
We are looking for a (Senior) Growth Manager, Supply with hands-on experience managing app developers within the offerwall and rewarded ad ecosystem. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and growing long-term relationships with our publisher partners-helping them scale monetization through TyrAds platform while ensuring seamless integration and consistent performance optimization.
You'll work cross-functionally with our product, support, and gaming demand teams to ensure publishers are supported, their inventories are optimized, and TyrAds remains their monetization partner of choice.
Publisher Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for existing mobile app publishers in South Korea (rewards, non-gaming, gaming) using TyrAds' offerwall or rewarded ad products.
- Build trusted relationships and proactively identify growth opportunities for each partner.
- Conduct regular check-ins to review performance, offer insights, and advise on optimization strategies tailored to each app's user base and mechanics.
- Onboard new publisher partners-guiding them through SDK or API integrations and best practices.
Monetization Optimization- Optimise advertisers' user acquisition campaigns to maximise publisher revenue and profitability
- Analyze publisher-side revenue performance (eCPM, ARPDAU,engagement rate, conversion rate) to provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues related to ad delivery, attribution discrepancies, and integration.
- Identify optimization features and A/B testing opportunities
Strategic Growth & Retention- Help top-performing publishers expand their footprint across additional apps or geographies.
- Partner with product and operations to roll out new monetization features and beta test solutions with strategic accounts.
- Work closely with the demand team to ensure a balance between supply and campaign demand across key markets.
Data Analysis & Reporting- Track KPIs to measure account health, revenue trends, and campaign delivery.
- Prepare customized reports and quarterly business reviews to present to partners.
- Monitor industry benchmarks to help publishers stay competitive and ahead of trends.
Requirements- 2-4 years of experience in publisher-side account management within the mobile ad tech or app monetization platforms (e.g., Tapjoy, Mistplay, IronSource). Account management experience in Affiliate mobile networks could also be considered.
- Extensive experience managing Korean accounts in an international environment
- Deep understanding of rewarded ad formats, including offerwalls and rewarded video.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of Excel, Google Sheets, and performance dashboards.
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
Preferred:- Experience working with mobile measurement platforms (MMPs) such as Appsflyer, Adjust
- Understanding of mobile game/app development cycles and user acquisition trends.
