What the Role Entails
As a Game Performance Optimization Product Manager Intern in our Research and Development (R&D) department, you will help design and improve tools and platforms that enhance game performance across multiple projects.
Who We Look For
- Technical Background: Computer Science or related major.
- Basic understanding of game development pipelines and client-side architecture.
- AI Tool Proficiency: Proficient in using modern AI tools (e.g., LLMs, AI coding assistants, or AI data analysis tools) to improve productivity, automate workflows, and support product research and documentation.
- Product Thinking: Ability to translate technical problems into product requirements and help design tools that improve developer efficiency.
- Communication & Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, data teams, and international stakeholders in a fast-paced development environment.
- Data & Analysis is a plus: Ability to analyze performance data and help identify optimization opportunities across different game scenarios.
- Game Development Experience is a plus: Experience developing games or interactive applications using Unreal Engine. Understanding of core performance metrics.
